Definitely Kazuya Mishima. His execution-heavy move set and Devil Form can be tough for even seasoned players. But hey, if you love a challenge, he's your guy!
Hwoarang, hands down! His stances and mix-ups are insane to master, but once you do, you're basically a martial arts god.
Hot take: No character is really 'hard' if you put in the time to practice. Just git gud, folks.
From my experience, King can be super challenging. His chain grabs are a nightmare to learn, but once you get them down, you can dominate.
