1.5 is the latest massive update, but honestly, it's not just about 'latest versions' with Stardew. Every update feels like ConcernedApe gives us a whole new game's worth of content for free!
The latest version depend on when you're asking since it gets updates regularly! But as of my last check, the latest major update was 1.5.
