Oh, the elusive iridium! You can start finding iridium ore in the Skull Cavern. Unlike the regular mines, the Skull Cavern doesn't have a set number of floors, but you'll generally start seeing iridium ore as you get past level 40. The deeper you go, the more likely you are to encounter it. Pro tip: bring bombs and staircases to make your descent quicker!

Iridium starts showing up consistently after level 60 in the Skull Cavern. But let's be real, it's all about luck and how prepared you are to dive deep. Stock up on food and bombs, maybe pray to Yoba a little.

You basically need to gear up and dive deep into the Skull Cavern. The deeper levels have more iridium, but it's a real challenge to get there. Also, watch out for those pesky purple slimes; they sometimes drop iridium ore too.
