Okay, so you've found the mysterious Mermaid on the night market boat, right? Here's the deal: you gotta play her the right tune. Collect the five golden walnuts scattered around the Island, and then return to her. She's got this set of shells you can click. The correct sequence is 1-5-4-2-3. Do that, and boom, she rewards you with five more golden walnuts. Pretty cool, right?

The mermaid's tune puzzle is Stardew's way of blending lore with gameplay. Those golden walnuts you get as a reward? They're key to unlocking more of the Island. Plus, it's a nice break from farming. Can confirm, was totally worth deciphering her shell song for those walnuts!

Honestly, the whole mermaid shell clicking thing is overrated. Just enjoy the rest of the Night Market.

Just click the shells in the order 1-5-4-2-3. Easy peasy.
