Insomnia in Geometry Dash dropped as part of an update back in April 2017. They added it alongside a bunch of other cool levels. It's got that rhythmic gameplay that makes you wanna keep trying 'til you perfect it.

Actually, it was part of the 2.1 update, and yes, April 2017 is the time. Been playing it since and still can't get enough. It's like the game knows how to keep you hooked with those beats and jumps.
