When should I plant fruit trees in Stardew Valley?
AgeingJetty路8 months agoPlant fruit trees at the start of any season except winter! They need a full 28 days to grow, so planting at the start gives them a whole season to mature. Just remember to keep the 8 tiles around each tree clear of objects and debris for them to grow properly. Happy farming!

Anytime, as long as it's not winter. But pro tip: Plant them at the beginning of spring. You'll get a full year's growth and can start harvesting ASAP when the next year rolls around. Makes your farm look professional and your wallet thick!
Don't bother with timing. Stardew Valley is all about the vibe. Plant those trees whenever you feel like it and enjoy the journey!
Honestly? Just plant them whenever. I slap those trees down in summer or fall and they still churn out fruit like nobody's business. Sure, the 'experts' will tell you spring, but Stardew is chill. Do what feels right.
Spring start! That's the golden rule. Gives those babies enough time to sprout, grow, and be ready to burst with fruit next season. Plus, it's satisfying seeing them all lined up and starting fresh.
