You should plant cherry trees at the start of Spring in Stardew Valley. It takes 28 days for them to mature and start producing cherries every day during the Spring season. So, planting them on the first day of Spring means you'll maximize your cherry harvest!

Cherry trees need a whole season to grow, so the beginning of Spring is your best bet. But remember, they won't produce fruit until the next Spring. Patience is key!

Actually, any time's fine as long as you're cool with waiting. They won't die in Winter, so plant whenever you like. Just know the fruit only pops in Spring.

Planting on day 1 of Spring is optimal to get those cherries rolling in by next year. Make sure you give them space; they need an 8-tile radius clear of other objects to grow properly!
