Honestly, don't hold your breath for cross-platform play in Stardew Valley. The dev's a legend, but it's a small team, and cross-platform is a big technical challenge. Just enjoy the game on your favorite platform or grab it on the same device as your friends for that sweet multiplayer farming.

As of now, Stardew Valley hasn't announced any plans to become cross-platform. The game is available on multiple platforms, but you can't play multiplayer across different types of devices. So, if you're on PC, you can't farm together with your friends on Switch.

Cross-platform for Stardew Valley? Not happening anytime soon. And that's okay! The game's a gem on any platform, no need to mix and match.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
