Swamps are often located between the Black Forest and Plains biomes. Just keep your eyes peeled for green-tinted areas on your map!

Hot take: Swamps are overrated, just stick to the Black Forest until you're decked out in gear and potions.

Swamps in Valheim are usually found in the darker, murkier parts of the map. Look for greenish-brown zones with lots of water and muck. Pro tip: bring plenty of poison resistance mead!

Look for dark areas on your map that are covered in fog, that's usually where the swamps are lurking. Good luck!

Found mine next to a Black Forest! Make sure you've got sturdy gear and poison resistance before wading in.
