You can catch a Woodskip in the Secret Woods pond in Stardew Valley. It’s a little tricky to find if you're new, but head west of the Wizard's tower and look for a log that lets you cross into the area. Make sure you have a fishing rod, and patience, because those little guys like playing hard to get.
