Penny lives in a small trailer by the river on the east side of Pelican Town. It's pretty cozy and she shares it with her mom, Pam.

If you're looking for Penny, check the trailer in the lower part of town. She doesn't just stay there, though. She loves to read under the tree to the right of the community center or teach the kids in the museum library.
