The Skull Key unlocks the door to the Skull Cavern in the Calico Desert! Once you find the Skull Key in the bottom of the mines, head over to the desert and look for a big door in the northwest corner. That's your entry to some serious adventure and possibly a ton of iridium if you're lucky.

Pro tip: Don鈥檛 rush into the Skull Cavern! Make sure you鈥檝e got plenty of food, the best equipment you can afford, and maybe a few bombs. It鈥檚 a tough ride down those levels, but the rewards are totally worth it. Trust me, been there, done that, and got enough Iridium to make my farm look like it's from the future.

Honestly, it just opens a new dungeon in the desert. BUT, that's where all the action is at. Think of it as Stardew Valley's version of a secret level, except it's filled with monsters that want to make a snack out of you.

Just drop it in your wallet and head to the desert. The Skull Cavern awaits, and so does your doom... or fortune, depends on how good you are with a sword and how many stairs you're willing to jump down.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
