He's literally the jock of Stardew Valley. Check near his grandma Evelyn's garden or by the dog pen in the mornings. During summer, he loves to chill at the beach. If all else fails, the Stardrop Saloon in the evening is a good bet.

Alex hangs out at his grandparents' house in the southeast part of Pelican Town. If it's a summer day, you might also catch him at the beach working on his tan! Basically, look for the football tossing, egg-loving guy around those spots.
If you're looking for Alex, don't. The dude's pretty much a walking stereotype of a jock. Spend your time fishing or farming instead; way more rewarding.
