Demetrius is a resident of Stardew Valley who lives at the Carpenter's Shop, which is located to the far north of Pelican Town. It's right outside the entrance to the mountain area. If you're looking to find him, he's usually there working or hanging around inside the house. He's a scientist and a lover of nature, so don't be surprised if you find him near the cave on your farm occasionally, doing some research!
Just look north! Demetrius hangs out at the Carpenter's Shop or nearby. Loves nature a bit too much if you ask me, always poking around plants and stuff.
