Gus' crib is the Stardrop Saloon. He basically lives at work, which is pretty convenient if you think about it.
Gus lives at the Saloon, not in a separate house. He's the owner and bartender there, so you'll find him right behind the bar or wandering around inside. No separate mailbox for Gus!
