You'll mostly find Robin at the Carpenter's Shop. She's the go-to for house upgrades and other cool stuff. If she's not there, just wait, she'll show up.

Robin hangs out at the Carpenter's Shop to the northeast of Pelican Town. It's the big building above the community center. If she's not there, she might be wandering the mountain area, but she'll be back at the shop most of the time!
