The Skull Cavern is located in the Calico Desert. To get there, you'll need to first repair the bus at the Community Center or buy a bus ticket from JojaMart if you've gone the Joja route. Once the bus is up and running, head on over to the desert, and you can't miss it.
Skull Cavern? Oh, that's in the desert. Make sure you bring lots of food and bombs, it's way tougher than the mines!
It's in the Calico Desert. Pro tip: stack up on those Spicy Eels for extra luck and speed. You'll thank me later.
