Anchovies in Stardew Valley can be caught in the ocean. So, head to the beach and start fishing there! Your best bet is during spring and fall, especially when it's raining. Just make sure you're fishing during the day, from 6 AM to 7 PM. Happy fishing, and hope you catch a bunch!
