To find truffles in Stardew Valley, you gotta raise some pigs. Once they're adults, let them outside on the farm when it's not winter, and they’ll snuffle around and dig up truffles for you. Make sure the barn door is open during the day!

I’m pretty sure you can only get truffles from pigs. Tried looking for them without pigs, and let’s just say it didn’t work out. Keep those piggies happy and outside!
