Vincent is a lively little kid you'll usually find wandering around Pelican Town. During spring and summer, try checking the town square or the beach. If it's rainy or he's not outside, he might be hanging out at his house, which is the one right below the clinic. Remember, Stardew Valley kids have their routines, so if he's not in one spot, just check another!
Vincent's always outside when it's nice out. If it's raining, don't bother looking for him around town; just go straight to his house.
