To grow beets in Stardew Valley, hit up the Oasis on a Wednesday. That's when the merchant sells the seeds. Just make sure it's during the Fall season, or they won't grow.
You can get beets in Stardew Valley by purchasing the beet seeds from the Oasis. It's located in the Calico Desert, which you can access after repairing the bus via the Community Center or by paying for the JojaMart membership. Remember, you can only plant them in the Fall!
Just buy 'em from the Oasis. But only in Fall.
