You gotta hit up the Oasis on Mondays and Wednesdays to score some beet seeds. They're not there all year though, only in Fall. So, plan your farming calendar right and you'll be swimming in beets.
Just buy beet seeds at the Oasis in the desert. But remember, you can only plant them in Fall. I tried planting at other times, and well, it was a sad day for my farm.
