Copper Ore is pretty easy to find in Stardew Valley. You'll want to head into The Mines. Once you're there, start exploring the levels between 31-39. Those floors are swarming with copper ore nodes. Just give those rocks a good whack with your pickaxe. Also, don't forget to crack open any geodes you find; the Blacksmith can help with that. Happy mining!

Honestly, just keep hoeing around the dirt in the mines, especially the early levels. You'll bump into plenty of copper ore. Worked for me more times than I can count.

Forget those mines, just go fishing for treasure chests or buy it directly from Clint, the Blacksmith. Sure, it might cost more than swinging a pickaxe but time is money, friend.
