Iron Ore in Stardew Valley can be found in the Mines once you've reached level 40. It's a little bit of a trek, but totally worth it for all that sweet, sweet iron. You can also get it by breaking rocks on your farm if they appear, but that's less reliable. Don't forget, you can pop those ores in a furnace with some coal to get iron bars!

Fishing! I kid you not, treasure chests you snag while fishing can sometimes have iron ore or even iron bars. It's more of a luck thing, but hey, fish and possibly get iron? Count me in.

Buy it, if you're not into mining. Clint, the blacksmith, sells iron ore for 150g a piece. It can get a bit pricey, but if you're rolling in dough and need iron ASAP, it's an option.

Mines are your best bet, hands down. Level 40-79 is where it's at for iron ore. Happy mining!
