Place the forge bellows right next to your forge because the bellows need to be adjacent to the forge to improve it. Just remember, your forge will be up to 2 levels better with that sweet, sweet airflow!

Anywhere near the forge works, but the closer, the better. I have mine right beside it, and it works perfectly.

Right next to the forge. Nearly touching is best鈥攖he game is pretty specific about proximity for upgrades.
