Vistara is hands down the best for free meals in economy class. Always a treat.
IndiGo offers free water, but you'll have to buy your own snacks. SpiceJet kinda has the same deal.
Air India for sure鈥擨 just flew Delhi to Mumbai, and the food was decent and included in the ticket!
