Honestly, there isn't a 'best' character. It really depends on your playstyle. Some swear by King, while others dominate with Geese Howard.
Leroy Smith is super strong right now. His cane moves and parries can handle almost anything thrown at him.
Hwoarang is the best! His kicks and mix-ups are insane. Been ranking up with him constantly!
Kazuya Mishima hands down! He's got a great mix of power and speed, plus his Devil Form is just OP.
