Shiroe doesn't end up with anyone in the series (so far)! The show focuses more on the strategic gameplay and world-building than on romance.
From watching the show religiously, I can tell you Shiroe's romantic escapades are minimal. His true love is most definitely the game itself.
We never see Shiroe officially pair up with anyone. He's more into playing 4D chess with the world!
