Look, Thor has defeated entire armies and cosmic beings – Godzilla's just a very big lizard. Thor all the way.
Godzilla could potentially squash Thor like a bug with sheer size, but if Thor can get in close and use Mjolnir, he's a beast. It's pretty even.
