Leroy Smith was insanely strong on release, but even after nerfs, he's still a solid choice with great mix-ups.
I think it's personal preference. Pick who feels right for you and learn their moves inside out!
From my experience, Devil Jin is a beast with his well-rounded moveset and pressure game. He does take some time to master, though.
Geese Howard has some serious mix-ups and can trap opponents easily. Plus, he's got that smooth style!
