Scipio Africanus FTW! This guy has great all-around stats and is super useful in both defense and offense.
Everyone has their own fave, but Elise is a top choice among the community for general buffs and versatility.
For me, Hannibal takes the crown! He has killer stats for mounted troops and can single-handedly turn a battle around.
Just pick the one that looks coolest. Seriously, at high levels, it's more about strategy and less about who you have.
