Honestly, no one is 'hard'—you just haven't spent enough time in practice mode yet!
From my experience, Yoshimitsu takes the cake. His unorthodox moves and unpredictable playstyle can be super challenging to get right!
Akuma. He has that Street Fighter crossover style, but his combos are tough to pull off consistently in Tekken.
