The Phoenix Force is basically a cosmic powerhouse, so it'd be a tough battle for Captain Marvel. She鈥檚 insanely powerful, but the Phoenix Force is like an entity of creation and destruction itself. So, unless Captain Marvel's got some cosmic tricks up her sleeve, the Phoenix might take this one.
As much as I love Captain Marvel, the Phoenix Force is kind of like the nuclear option of cosmic entities. Personal experience in the comics world tells me... Phoenix Force probably wins this round.
