Depends on how you look at it – Cap got his friends out, but the Avengers broke up. So... bittersweet victory?
Team Cap won the battle, but Team Iron Man arguably won the war with the Sokovia Accords getting enforced.
Honestly, no one really won. It’s more about the fallout and how it affects the Avengers moving forward.
