Sometimes, it's just because you forgot to play the petting mini-game. Seriously, those virtual critters love attention. Pet them daily to keep their spirits up!

Rough weather can also make your farm animals upset. If it's raining or snowing, keep them inside. Everyone hates getting soaked, even your digital farm friends.

Your animals can get grumpy for a few reasons in Stardew Valley. The most common one is if they鈥檙e not fed properly. Make sure you fill the trough in their barn or coop each day. They also get grumpy if they're left outside overnight or if the barn/coop doors are closed while they're outside. Lastly, not petting them daily can lead to grumpiness. Show them some love!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
