Did you keep permissions in mind? You might not have the necessary permissions in the server or channel you’re trying to stream in.
Make sure you’ve given Discord permission to capture your screen! It's in your settings under ‘Voice & Video’ or security settings. Also, check your internet connection. Slow speeds can mess up the stream.
Honestly, sometimes the issue is Discord’s servers having a hiccup. Just wait a bit and try again.
I had the same problem! Turned out I needed to update my graphics drivers. Give that a shot!
