Why do people dislike Geometry Dash 2.0?

Geometry Dash 2.0 introduced a bunch of new features and complexity that not everyone was ready for. Some players found the new levels and mechanics, like the spider game mode, to be a bit overwhelming compared to the more straightforward gameplay of previous versions. Plus, every update changes the game's feel a bit, and not everyone likes change, especially when they've gotten used to how things were.

Too hard, not fun! The new features made it complicated.

I think it's just nostalgia glasses, honestly. People always find something to nitpick about newer versions because they miss the 'good old days.' Geometry Dash 2.0 added so much cool stuff that it's hard for me to see why people wouldn't like it unless they're just resistant to change.

If you're a Geometry Dash player looking for extra stars or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Geometry Dash essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
