Maybe it's time for a PC upgrade? Valheim can be pretty demanding!
Check your graphics settings! Lowering the 'draw distance' and turning off 'bloom' can work wonders for your FPS.
From experience, running the game on a dedicated SSD instead of an HDD significantly improved my performance. Try it if you can!
It's mostly CPU-bound. If you don't have a beefy processor, Valheim might struggle a bit. Upgrading might be your best bet.
