PayPal is owned by eBay, Amazon's biggest competitor. So, it's like asking a cat to share its tuna with a dog. Not gonna happen!

Amazon wants to keep you in their ecosystem, so they promote their own payment services like Amazon Pay. It's a business strategy, folks!

Since Amazon and PayPal are competitors, it makes sense for Amazon to keep things in-house to maximize their own profits.

I've been an Amazon seller for years, and they want to control payment methods to keep fees lower for both sellers and buyers. PayPal is just not part of that plan.
