Try deleting Discord's cache files. Go to %appdata% on Windows, find the Discord folder, and delete the Cache, Code Cache, and GPUCache folders. Then restart Discord.
Make sure your Discord app is updated. An outdated version can cause issues. Check for updates and install if needed.
When all else fails, reinstall Discord. Uninstall the app, restart your computer, and download the latest version from the Discord website.
Are you using a VPN? Sometimes VPNs can mess with Discord's connection. Try disabling it and see if that helps.
