Your mic sensitivity might be due to the auto-sensitivity settings in Discord. Try turning off 'Automatically Determine Input Sensitivity' in the Voice & Video settings and adjust the manual sensitivity bar.
Sometimes it's just because your mic is too close to your mouth. Try moving it slightly away or turning the gain down on your microphone settings.
I had the same issue! What worked for me was adjusting the noise suppression and echo cancellation options in the Discord settings. Made it way less sensitive!
