Payments can be pending if you're paying an invoice that requires the seller to manually accept it. Just a waiting game!
It's usually because the recipient hasn鈥檛 accepted the payment yet or their account isn鈥檛 fully set up to receive money.
PayPal could be pending your payment because they're reviewing it for security reasons. They just want to make sure everything鈥檚 above board!
