Why Isn't Kiryu in Tekken?

I suspect the lore and personality of Kiryu don't align with Tekken's world. Tekken likes its fighters a bit more... eccentric.

The Yakuza series developers might be protective of their beloved Kiryu and want to keep him exclusive to their own games. Gotta keep that dragon in his den!
