Totally depends on your specs! Make sure you have a decent GPU; it doesn't need to be top of the line, just something solid.
I run Valheim on my 5-year-old laptop with medium settings, and it works smoothly. Just make sure you aren't running 10 other programs at once!
Honestly, Valheim isn't super demanding. If you have a machine that can handle moderately recent games, you're good.
If you can't run Valheim, it's time for a new PC! Seriously though, check the requirements and compare with your system specs.
