Origin can be finicky sometimes. Make sure your account is all good and you don't have any payment issues. If all else fails, customer support is actually pretty decent. They've helped me out before.

I had a similar issue, and it turned out I was trying to download it during server maintenance. Check the EA server status online, or wait a few hours and try again. Worked for me!
