Selling property in GTA V isn't as straightforward as buying it, you can't just 'sell' a property like you do with cars. What you CAN do is trade it in when buying a new property. Head to the real estate website on your phone in-game, choose a new property to buy, and you'll get an option to trade in your old one. The value of your old property will be deducted from the price of the new one, kinda like a part-exchange deal.

You can't directly sell properties in GTA V, unfortunately. Best you can do is swap it for another. So, if you're eyeing that fancy high-end apartment or a better garage, remember your old place can help knock some bucks off the price tag. Choose wisely!

Nope, you can't just sell properties whenever you feel like it. GTA V doesn't work that way. You gotta trade it in for a new one and take whatever price cut they give you. Not the best deal, but it's what we got.
