Larry Tupper is hangin' out in the desert, buddy. You'll find him and his buddies chillin' in a barn just south of the airstrip in Grand Senora Desert. Just drive around the Sandy Shores area and look for a deserted farm with a buncha broken silos. Can't miss it if you're on a bounty hunter mission. Bring some firepower, though. Larry's got friends and they're not exactly the welcoming type.

Finding Larry Tupper in GTA 5 was a real adventure. Drove around the Grand Senora Desert like a headless chicken till I stumbled upon the barn he's hiding in. It's definitely south of the airstrip in Sandy Shores. Pro tip: scope the area first; unexpected guests aren't appreciated there.
